LSP Management Committee.
The LSP Management Committee meets every month and was established in September 2006, after the board agreed a review of the structure of the wider LSP.
The Management Committee consists of the Chair of the LSP, the Vice Chair representing the Voluntary sector, the Vice Chair representing the Business sector and representatives from the local Primary Care Trust, Police, post 16 education sector, Hertfordshire County Council and any other members, which are called to attend if their expertise in certain areas is needed.
The main role of the committee is to:
- Implement the vision of the board and report on this implementation to the board
- Oversee the process / work plan of the LSP
- Drive and motivate LSP projects
- Communicate, prioritise and recommend options for future activity of the LSP
